We are now installing a commercial grade weather barrier on residential new homes. This system is a monolithic fluid applied house wrap. All of the window and door flashing materials are fully compatible with this system and it provides a superior Air tight and Weather tight system.

The Dupont Tyvek Weather Barrier Plus also has a “Rain Screen” drain vent material that provides a way for moisture to escape. We pre install all of the window and door flashing materials to insure the system is done right!
