Today the word Ventilation is better understood to say the least. Our building codes now require “Air Change” also known as ventilation of the home to insure fresh air from the outside is provided to the occupant.

How about the stale air on the inside of the home? Our approach is balanced ventilation. We exhaust the same CFM (cubic feet a minute) as we bring in from the outside. Changing the air in the home every three and a half hours.
